- Orders are typically shipped within 1-2 business days depending on availability and credit verification.
- Order before 12pm for same day dispatch Monday to Friday. Pre-orders are excluded from this.

Track Your Order
When shipping your order, we will send a confirmation email with your tracking number to confirm that your order has been accepted. For the latest on your delivery, please refer to the tracking number included in your shipping confirmation email. Alternatively, if you have a registered account with Lugo Brothers, you can find this information by ‘Logging in’:
- Log into your account.
- Under ‘Orders’ section.
- If the order status is ‘Order Shipped’ click on ‘View’ for the tracking information.
Your order status may take up to one hour to update after your order has been placed.
Please select your preferred shipping destination for shipping options, delivery times, shipping costs and all other information.
Once your order has been shipped, you can track the number located in your shipping confirmation email.
Taxes & Duties
International duties and taxes are determined by the shipping address entered at checkout. If taxes and duties are included in the price of your order this will be mentioned at checkout.
Alternatively, your order may not include taxes and duties. This means your parcel may incur customs duties and taxes by your local customs office. Please consult your local customs agency for more information. If applicable, you will be required to pay such fees upon receiving your order.

Estimated delivery times will be communicated to you before you place your order and when you receive acknowledgement for your order.

If you have registered an account with us please login to cancel your pre-order.
Our usual return conditions apply provided the item is not personalised or pierced jewellery, in which case the item cannot be returned or cancelled.

Where certain items are ‘unavailable to purchase at present time’ on lugobrothersuk.com or via the Lugo Brothers app, you may be given the opportunity to ‘Notify Me When Available’.
If you choose to ‘Notify Me When Available’ Lugo Brothers Customer Service will notify you as soon as the item is available to purchase on lugobrothersuk.com or via the Lugo Brothers app. No payment is taken during this process and the product is not reserved for you.
We are not able reserve items or guarantee size availability.

Conditions
For security, the billing name and address must match that of the payment method. We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not comply with this or our other security checks.
Your card or other payment method will not be charged until your order is accepted and shipped. It may show a pre-authorisation of the funds when you place your order. Payment will be taken for pre-ordered or personalised items at the time of or shortly after you submit your order and in advance of shipping.
All orders are placed with Lugo Brothers Ltd, which is a UK entity, so your payment provider may apply other international bank charges. If your method of payment is not denominated in the currency of your order, the final price will be charged in the currency of your card. This will be calculated and charged by your card issuer. Lugo Brothers has no control over these charges and cannot predict the amount. Please contact your issuing bank for further information before placing your order.

Declined Payments
If your payment has been declined:
- Check that your details are correct, such as your 16-digit card number or 3 or 4-digit security code
- Make sure your card or payment method has not expired
- If your payment continues to be declined, contact your bank or payment provider
For saved payment details:
- Check your selected card has not expired
- Make sure the billing address matches that registered for your card or payment method
- Check the 3 or 4-digit security code is correct. For security we will ask for this whenever you make a purchase.
Returns & Exchanges
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How do I return?
- If you have an account with us please login and request a return.
- Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return.
- You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved.
How do I return as a guest?
- Click here to request a return.
- Enter your order number, email or phone number to start your return.
- Go to your order history, select the order and items you want to return or exchange and follow the instructions, only 4 steps complete the returns request and submit.
- Once your request is approved, you will get email updates notifications with shipping guidelines.
If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you receive a refund.

ONCE YOUR ITEM(S) ARRIVE BACK TO OUR WAREHOUSE, EXCHANGES/REFUNDS WILL BE PROCESSED AS QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE.
AT THIS STAGE WE ARE UNABLE TO COVER RETURN SHIPPING COSTS.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
